-Another strategy I have been implementing to get healthy is removing products (household and personal) that are filled with carcinogens, chemicals, dyes, and artificial fragrances.
I have been making my own deodorant, dish soap, mouthwash, disinfectant wipes, body spray, and air freshener. I have changed my toothpaste as well as using Miswak Sticks for brushing. I use an AO+ Mist spray to add live cultures (healthy bacteria) back to my skin. I use shampoo and body wash that allow the bacteria to flourish.
We have become used to the idea that our guts need good bacteria from the foods we eat. The same concept is true for the skin.
