Strength/Skill: Front Squat, 5 x 5 @ 70%, every 2 minutes

WOD: Ladder, for time

  • 20 – 16 – 12 – 8 – 4
    • DB Snatch, alternating 1 for 1 (60/40)
    • Pistols, alternating 1 for 1
      • After each round run to the fence and back 2 times, or if it’s cold or raining run rig to rig 2 times.  Equipment space shouldn’t be an issue.
        • 1 score of the time it takes you to complete the workout.
