    • Strict Pullups
      • rest 3 mins, then
  • For Time (12 minute cap):
    • 50 BF situps (20/14)
    • 50 HRPUs
    • 50/35 Bike cals
      • record time
        • You will have 2 scores at the end of the workout, how far you got through in the ladder, and how fast you finished the second part.
