  • 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 reps, every 2 minutes
    • Guide:  60% – 70% – 80% – 90% – 95 to 105%
      • Focus:  Catching with elbows locked out overhead.

WOD: Chipper – 12 minute cap

  • 30 OHSs (95/65)
  • 30 Pullups
  • 30 SDHPs (95/65)
    • Record 1 score of the time it takes you to finish.

3 minute rest from 12:00 to 15:00

  • from 15:00 to 17:00 – Max OHSs (95/65)
  • from 17:00 to 19:00 – Max Pullups
  • from 19:00 to 21:00 – Max SDHPs (95/65)
    • Record 3 AMAP scores for each exercise.
