Attempt a new 1RM

  • 5 @ 70%of current 1rm
  • 3 @ 80% of current 1rm
  • 1 @ 90% of current 1rm
  • 1 – attempt your old 1rm or 95% of current
  • 1 – attempt a new 1RM if appropriate
  • 1 – same as above
  • 1 – same as above

WOD: 100 Burpees for time 

  • Every 90 seconds perform 1 rope climb (FB- emom)
