Part A: 3 rounds of (6 min cap)

  • 5 Bench or Floor Press (155/95)
  • 12 KBS (70/50)
  • then rest with remaining time once done with the 3 rounds

Part B

  • 15/10 Bike Cals
  • 1 Lunge across gym(35’s/25’s) holding 2 KB/DB (from Bikes to plates and back)
  • then rest with remaining time once done with the 3 rounds

 

  • Part A: 2 rounds of the same (4 min cap)
  • Part B: 2 Rounds of the same (4 min cap)
  • Part A: 1 Round of the same (2 min cap)
  • Part B: 1 Round of the same (2 min cap
