For Time – 50 OHS (FB 70)

In 2 minutes complete, 

  • 1 Rope Climb (FB: Legless)
  • 10 Lateral Bar Over Burpee
  • AMAP OHS with remaining time until you hit 50 (FB 70) 135/95
  • 1 Minute rest
    • (next round start back at rope climbs and when you get to the OHS pick up where you left off. Once you hit your 50 reps, your workout is done

Every round you can increase the OHS weight if you can snatch it up to an OHS as well as perform the OHS without sacrificing form
