13 Min – AMAP Wall Balls
With 2 minutes on the clock complete:
- 1 Rope Climb (FB: 2)
- 7 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
- with the time remaining complete as
- many Wall Balls (30/20) as possible, until you hit 90 reps
- the goal is to gradually chip away
- Rest 1 min
- Repeat 3 more times, pick up where you left off from the previous round
- The last round will be 3 minutes not 2 minutes
- If you hit 90 reps, record your time
- If you do hit 90 reps, you did awesome too.
- In summary: 3 rounds of 2 minutes and 1 round of 3 minutes
