3×2, 85% then
3×1, 90%

13 Min – AMAP Wall Balls

With 2 minutes on the clock complete:

  • 1 Rope Climb (FB: 2)
  • 7 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
  • with the time remaining complete as
  • many Wall Balls (30/20) as possible, until you hit 90 reps
    • the goal is to gradually chip away
  • Rest 1 min
    • Repeat 3 more times, pick up where you left off from the previous round
    • The last round will be 3 minutes not 2 minutes
    • If you hit 90 reps, record your time
    • If you do hit 90 reps, you did awesome too.
    • In summary: 3 rounds of 2 minutes and 1 round of 3 minutes
