  • 3 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
  • 30 Second Plank
    • Every round add 1 to Rope Climbs, 3 to C&J,15 Seconds to plank until 4th round, then round 4 becomes an AMRAP
    • 3, 3, 15
    • 4, 6, 30
    • 5, 9, 45
    • 6, 12, 60
      • repeat 6,12, 60 for AMRAP
