  • Part A: 5 minute AMRAP
    • 5 T2B
    • 10 Abmat sit-ups
      • Partners switch every round
        • 1 minute rest / record team score
  • Part B: 5 minute AMRAP
    • 5 HRPUs
    • 30 Double Unders
      • Partners switch every round
        • 1 minute rest / record team score
  • repeat part A
    • 1 minute rest / record team score
  • repeat part B
    • record final score
      • each team should have 4 separate scores at the end of the workout
