Strength/Skill: Back Squats, 5 x 15 @ 45%, every 2 minutes

WOD: RFT & AMRAP

  1. 3 RFT – strict 10 minute cap, everyone begins part 2 at the 10 minute mark.
    • 15 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
    • 3 Rope Climbs

  2. 10 min AMRAP
    • 10 Burpees
    • 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
    • 20 Goblet Squats (70/50)
      • Record your rounds and reps.
        • In the end you should have 2  separate scores, 1 of the time it took you to finish the three rounds (or how far you got), and another of your rounds and reps.
