Strength/Skill: Deadlift, 5-3-3-1 reps, every 2 minutes

  • Essentially finding a 5rm, 3rm and a 1rm

WOD: Pyramid Chipper

  • 75 Double Unders
  • 50 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 25 Deadlifts (225/135)
  • 50 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 75 Double Unders
    • 3 rounds:
      • 1st round: get as far as you can in 2 minutes, rest 2 minutes
      • 2nd round: get as far as you can in 4 minutes, rest 2 minutes
      • 3rd round: perform entire workout for time, 10 minute cap
