WOD: Partner Battle, 25 minute cap
- Part A) 6 rounds of
- 2 Rope Climbs
- 15 HRPUs
- 15/10 Bike cals
- Part B)
- Run 2 laps (or 400m Row) (If it is raining, mod with 25 Burpees)
- Rules:
- Each person is completing their own 6 rounds.
- Switch between part A and part B when the person working on part B is done.
- Take note of where you leave off on part A and pick back up there when you switch back to it.
- Each person will have their own score of the time it takes them to finish their 6 rounds.
