Strength/Skill: Push Press, 10 x 1 @ 80%, EMOM

WOD: Partner Battle, 25 minute cap

  • Part A)  6 rounds of
    • 2 Rope Climbs
    • 15 HRPUs
    • 15/10 Bike cals
  • Part B)
    • Run 2 laps (or 400m Row) (If it is raining, mod with 25 Burpees)
      • Rules:
        • Each person is completing their own 6 rounds.
        • Switch between part A and part B when the person working on part B is done.
        • Take note of where you leave off on part A and pick back up there when you switch back to it.
          • Each person will have their own score of the time it takes them to finish their 6 rounds.
