Skill: Strict Pull Up – Maintain Hollow Body Position – 4×4 (Use Bands if necessary. If bands are not enough then use Rows) Every 90 Seconds

- Goal of today’s WOD is to Sprint. The value of the WOD comes in moving as fast as possible. The row should be miserable
- 500/400 Meter Row
- 12 Pull Ups
- 6 Broad Jumps
- 3 Min Rest
- 3 more rounds (4 rounds total)
- Record your time after your 4th round – 1 ending score
Stretch Time: Ankle/Calf Stretch. 2×30 sec each side
