Strength/Skill: Back Squats, 4 x 5 @ 70%, every 90 seconds

WOD: 5 Round EMOM (15 minutes)

  • min 1: KB swings (70/50)
  • min 2: Jump Ropes
  • min 3: 2 Rope Climbs (FB: 4)
    • Keep one continuously running total, not counting Rope Climbs.
      • After the 15 minutes is up, take note of your score, and rest 4 minutes.
        • then repeat Back Squats, 4 x 5 @ 70%, every 90 seconds.
          • Record your rep count in SugarWOD.
