Strength/Skill: 6 x 1 Snatch “loads” – every 90 seconds
- DL bar with a snatch grip
- load to the low hang position, then extend bringing bar back to hips
- perform a high hang/hip snatch
- = 1 rep

- With a partner, max row cals in 5 minutes. While one person works the other holds a plank. Switch when you want to.
- 10 minute AMRAP by yourself:
- 7 Hang Snatch (95/65)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
- With a partner, max bike cals in 5 minutes. While one person works the other holds a plank. Switch when you want to.
- 3 minute rest between parts.
