Strength/Skill: 6 x 1 Snatch “loads” – every 90 seconds

  1. DL bar with a snatch grip
  2. load to the low hang position, then extend bringing bar back to hips
  3. perform a high hang/hip snatch
    • = 1 rep

WOD: Have Fun

  1. With a partner, max row cals in 5 minutes.  While one person works the other holds a plank.  Switch when you want to.
  2. 10 minute AMRAP by yourself:
    • 7 Hang Snatch (95/65)
    • 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
  3. With a partner, max bike cals in 5 minutes.  While one person works the other holds a plank.  Switch when you want to.
    • 3 minute rest between parts.
