30 Push Ups
40 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings
60 Full Crunches 
70 Burpees

For Time

Goal: To complete the above workout in as little time as possible

How to do it:  Perform 30 Push ups, then 40 Pull-ups, then 50 Kettlebell swings, then 60 Full Crunches,  and 70 Burpees.  One time through.  Record times below
