AMAP reps of the following 

Rower – Calories

KB Swing (70/45)

Plate Burpees

Wall Ball (20/14)

(keep a running total of all these reps)

Each exercise is 90 seconds long followed by a 30 sec rest in between exercises


Rest 2 minutes 

Repeat 2 more times

*3 Rounds total.  You will have 3 scores at the end of the WOD.
