Each Station is 4 minutes. 1 min rest in between exercises

Part A: Max Calories Rower

Part B: 10 Shoot Throughs, 10 Broad Jumps (repeat for 4 min)

Part C: Bench Presses (155/105)

Part D: Jump Ropes

Part E: 10 Barbell Curls, 10 Crunch to Presses (25/10)(Mod: Weighted Crunch)
