“AMRAP 12” – Wall Balls

Walls Balls

Sprints w/Med Ball 

Goal:  To see how many wall balls you can perform in 12 minutes.  Do not drop the ball during the entire 12 minutes.

How to do it:  Perform one wall ball then sprint 100 meters holding the med ball,  then perform 2 wall balls and one sprint, 3 wall balls a one sprint, 4 wall balls and one sprint.  See how many wall balls you can get to in the 12 minutes.
