“AMRAP 12” – Hip Bands

20 Plank Jacks w/Hip Band

15 Hip Band Walks (each way)

10 Squat Jumps w/Hip Band 

= 1 round

Goal: To complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes.

How to do it:  Perform 20 plank jacks, 15 hip band walks each way, and 10 squat jumps.  Repeat for 12 minutes.  Record scores below.
