WOD: “OLY and 10 rounds” -Fri 2.6.15

Skill:  Squat Clean (7×1) (every 90 seconds perform one rep) – record your heaviest successful weight performed 

 

WOD: 10 Rounds (5 rounds of each)

Each round is 2 minutes long, no rest in between rounds

You will alternate between parts every 2 minutes

 

Part A: In 2 minutes perform 

2 Squat Cleans (85% of 1RM – multiply your 1RM by .85)

10 Deadlifts (weight used from clean)

8 Forward Hop over Bars into a lateral burpees

 

Part B: in 2 minutes perform 

1 Squat Clean

20 HRPU

5 Burpees

 

*Heavy Clean Day

*There is nothing to record expect for whether you completed all the reps in the 2 minutes and the weights used. Scale the reps down to complete within the designated
