WOD: “Shuttle Run” -Tues 2.7.12

“Shuttle Run”

Station 5: Shuttle Run

Station 4: Tuck Jumps

Station 3: Russian Twist

Station 2: Burpees

Station 1:  Plank

How to do it:  While station 5 is performing the shuttle rune, stations 1-4 are doing their respective exercise.  Once the person on shuttle run is done everyone moves to the next station (5 to 1, 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3to 4, 4 to 5).  Now the new person on the shuttle run goes while everyone else is performing their exercise for the duration of the shuttle run.  The person running the shuttle run sets the time for the other 4 stations.  

Rest:  After 12 minutes take a 2 minute break

Goal: Complete 2 sets of 12 minutes.
