“Bench Press Challenge”

Bench press a weight 55 times in 8 minutes.  

 

Goal:  To perform 55 repetitions in 8 minutes.

Rest: When needed

Extra:  If you complete the weight in less than 8 minutes, try it again in a few days and add more weight.  Keep doing it every chest workout to see what is the heaviest weight you can complete in 8 minutes.
