“Team AMRAP”

30 minutes 

10 Calories to burn on the elliptical 

20 HRPU

20 Wall Balls

20 KB Swings

20 Plate Burpees

Teams of 5

The first person on the team starts with the 10 calories while the rest of the team waits.  Once the 10 calories are burned that person moves on to the HRPU and the second person on the team starts on the 10 calories. Continue like this for 30 minutes

There should never be 2 people doing the same exercise at the same time.  

Rest:  You will get rest when you are waiting for the person in front of you to complete their exercise.
