Station 1: 5 tire flips, 10 thrusters (75/40), 15 box jumps (20″)
Station 2: 5 Push Ups, 10 Full Crunches, 15 Squats
Station 3: 5 Weighted Jump Ropes, 10 Wall Balls (20/10), 15 Ground to Overhead (45/25)
Station 4: 5 Sprints, 10 SSJ, 15 Squats
Station 5: 5 KB Swings, 10 Squat to Presses, 15 Bicep curls

Rules:
> Teams of 5
> Team members have to be working on different stations.
> In 6 minutes the goal is complete AMRAP for 1 station. You will get a two minute rest then switch to another station where you will work for another 6 minutes.
