How to do it: Â Start by rolling two die. Â The total number that both die add up to determines how many reps you do. Roll two die, add the die, then perform that amount of reps for sprints. Â Then roll again, add it up again, and then do that many push ups. Â You roll the die before every new exercise down the list. Â Once you get to the bottom, repeat.
