Strength: Back Squat, 12 Reps @ 90% for time, 7 min cap

WOD: 7 RFT

  • 12 OHS (95/65) – Light
  • 9 C2B Pull Ups – make them tough
  • 6 Clusters (95/65)  – moderate
  • 1 Min Rest
    • 25 min cap
    • record time after 7th round of clusters
