Strength/Skill: Deadlift, 5 x 3, 80%, EMOM

WOD: Partner Speed Ladder

  • For time:
    • 10 – 1 Deadlifts (225/155)
    • 1 – 10 HSPUs
      • Person A does 10 DL’s and 1 HSPU THEN Person B does 10 DL’s and 1 HSPU
      • Person A does 9 DL’s and 2 HSPU THEN Person B does 9 DL’s and 2 HSPU
      • Continue in this fashion for the entire workout
      • This is definitely a WOD to scale UP¬†without hindering your partner’s ability to get in a good workout
      • This workout should be a fast sprint.
        • 18 Minute Cap

Away from the white board:

  • 4×8 Bicep Curls – Barbell or DB’s
  • 20:10 x 4 rounds front support (coaches start the clock and athletes can pick up whenever they need to)
  • 8 minute cap
