Explanation:

  • One partner starts with workout 1, while the other partner starts on workout 2. once a rd is completed, run 200m to complete the Transition. Once both runs are completed, flip workouts and continue the amrap, continue for 20 mins of Fun.
  • two scores, an AMRAP score for Workout 1 and Workout 2
