Strength/Skill: Bent Over Row and Floor Press

  • Minute 1 – Bent Over Row, Min 2 – Floor Press, Min 3 – Bent Over Row, Min 4 – Floor Press…etc….for 5 rounds in total
  • 5 x 3 E2MOM
  • Every minute switch exercises
  • One full set will be done every 2 mins
  • Have a consistent (challenging) weight on the Bent Over Row
  • Build to heavy 3 on the Floor Press

WOD: 21 min Partner AMRAP

  • 10 C2B pullups
  • 20 HRPU
  • 30 Double Unders
    • While partner A is working on the AMRAP, partner B is working on 20/14 calories on the bike
      • Switch back and forth each time the partner on the bike finishes his/her calories
        • Record one score per team
