“Team Challenge”

(Not a Team Tuesday Workout but an awesome group challenge)

Tire Flip 

Wall Ball 

Overhead Lunge

Weighted Jump Rope

Burpees

KB Thruster

How to do it:  The person flipping the tire has to flip it to a certain destination.  Once the tire flipper reaches the destination the entire group rotates one exercise.  The team to get through the entire circuit first wins.  Rest and Repeat 2-3 more times.  The person flipping the tire is the person who determines how long everyone else is working for.  Everyone else is working at their station until the tire flipper is done. Everyone should hit every station once before giving a rest period.
