1 Mile Run 

20 Pull Ups

20 Push Ups

20 Burpees

20 Thrusters (KB)

Goal:  While running  a mile perform 20 pull ups, 20 push ups, 20 burpees, and 20 thrusters. Complete 3 rounds in 30 minutes.

Rest:  When needed

How to do it:  While running the mile set up 4 stations that are interspersed throughout the mile.  When you get to the pull up station perform 20 reps, then run to the next station and perform 20 push ups, then run to the burpee station, and finally the kettlebell thruster station.  Continue running to each station for 30 minutes.
