- last week’s mods: 11.9.17
WOD: 8 RFT
- Ready set go:
- 5 Rope Climbs (FBs do 8), into
- 8 rounds of:
- 5 Deadlifts @ 70% of 1 rep max
- 10 HSPUs (this should be easier than the skill)
- 5 Rope Climbs (FBs do 8)
- then record time
