WOD: 5RFT

  • 5 DB/KB OHS (50/35), one arm (2 for 1 — 5 each arm)
  • 10 Muscle Cleans (115/75)
  • 15 Cals, Row or Bike (alternate each round)
    • Mandatory 1 min rest between rounds
    • If you are able to complete 5 rounds in under 19 minutes, do a 6th round
    • 23 min cap
