Strength/Skill: Pullups

  • 3 x 10, every 2 minutes
    • Strict, keeping a hollow body as best as possible
      • Coaches, please write previousĀ mods on the board and also adjust the 3RM sheet with new mods for those who have improved from last week.

WOD:

  1. 7 min AMRAP (0 – 7:00)
    • 16 BF situps (20/14)
    • 8 S2O (115/75)
  2. 2 min max Pullups (7:00 – 9:00)
    • FBs mod up with Burpee Pullups or Burpee Muscle-ups
  3. 5 min AMRAP (9:00 – 14:00)
    • same as first AMRAP
      • 16 BF situps (20/14)
      • 8 S2O (115/75)
  4. 2 min max Pullups (14:00 – 16:00)
    • use same mod asĀ first round of pullups
      • Record 4 separate scores:
        • your first AMRAP score, your first pullup score, your second AMRAP score, and your second pullup score
