WOD: 28 min Partner AMRAP
- 1) AMRAP, Partner A begins with:
- Run 1 lap
- 8 Power Cleans 115/75
- 6 SDHPs 115/75
- 4 DB/KB Single-arm Squat Cleans (2 for 1) – 50/35
- 3 DB/KB Single-arm Snatches (2 for 1) – 50/35
- 2) Chipper, Partner B begins with:
- 100/70 Bike cals
- 15 Rope Climbs
- Workout Rules:
- 3, 2, 1, GO: Partner A starts working on the AMRAP, Partner B starts working on the Chipper.
- Partners switch every time the partner working on the AMRAP finishes 1 round.
- The Chipper portion can be split up, however, your team wishes.
- Once the Chipper is completed, both partners can focus solely on the AMRAP, alternating every round.
- 2 scores per team:
- The time it took your team to complete the Chipper, and
- How many round and reps of the AMRAP that your team was able to complete in 28 minutes.
