Strength/Skill: Snatch Pull & Snatch Complex
- 1 Complex = 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Snatch
- 6 x 1 Complex, EMOM
WOD: 20 min AMRAP, Ascending Reps
- Run 2 Laps (same every round)
- SDHP – 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.
- Snatch – 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.
- Deadlift – 3, 6, 9, 12, etc.
- Rx weight – 135/85
- Complete as many rounds and reps of this as you can in 20 minutes.
- 1 score at the end of the workout.
