  • 15 Kip Swings (this means T2B AS WELL AS Knee Tucks) 
    • The kip swing is ALL that matters, your T2B or KT starts with a solid kip swing
  • 15 Box jump over (24/20)

3 min rest

10 Min Complex

  • Snatch + Low Hang Snatch + High Hang Snatch = 1
  • Attempt 1 complex every 60-120 seconds until the 10 minutes are up
  • Catch in a full or semi-squat snatch
