WOD: 21 Min AMRAP
- 20 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 8 Burpees
- 50 Double Unders
- Every 3 Min 8 HSPU (3″ Def) (3,6,9,12,18)
- Scaling Suggestions
- Wall Balls – Not scale necessary other than the weight you usually use
- Double Unders – Don’t spend too much time on them, if you see that you are messing up a lot just do singles to keep moving through the WOD
- HSPU – Today is a great day to challenge yourself on the HSPU. Make it a little tougher than usual. You can even drop down 8 to 5 HSPU if you are going to challenge yourself today.
