    • 7 minutes to work on movements

WOD: Chipper

  • Cash In: 50 Back Squats (135/95), then
    • Row 1500m/1200m
    • Bike cals 90/63
    • 15 Muscle-ups (mod: 30 strict pullups)
      • partition the row, bike, and muscle-ups however you’d like
        • 22 min cap
