  2. 60 T2B for time – 6 min cap
    • FB – 75
  3. 100 Wall Balls (20/14) for time – 6 min cap
    • FB – 70 @ 30/20
      • 24 minute total cap
        • Take no more than 3 minutes of rest between parts.
          • Assign starting parts to accommodate for rowers.
            • 1-2-3 or 2-3-1 or 3-1-2
