WOD: 27 min Partner Relay AMRAP

  • 10 DB/KB Walking Lunges, holding 2 DBs/KBs, 1 for 1 (35s/25s ; FB = 50s/35s)
  • 5 DB/KB Hang Cleans (35s/25s ; FB = 50s/35s)
  • 10 T2B
    • Partners switch every round (you do a round, they do a round, you do a round, etc.)
      • **Every 4 rounds complete as a team, do 50/35 bike cals.
        • 1 score of how many rounds and reps you complete as a team.
