- 5 HRPUs
- 5 Hang Snatches (95/65)

- Person A 1 round, person B 1 round, person A 2 Rounds, person B 2 Rounds, person A 3 rounds, person B 3 rounds, same thin for rounds 4 and 5. One person works while the other person rests. The rest become longer as the number of rounds increases.
- Purpose: to work as fast as possible when it’s your turn. If both Partners Push the Pace = the Greater the workout for both
- Think – “Get In…Get Out!”
