Every 2:30 take a 1 min break


At the beginning of each round start from the top:

6 Strict Presses (95/65)

8 Hang Cleans (95/65)

10 Burpee Box Jumps (20″)

12 Forward Facing Bar Hop Overs



*Your score is your SSJ per round or whatever you finish in 2:30 minutes

*Do not pick up where you left off
