Skill:  DB Snatch

 

35 Min on the Clock

50 DB Snatches 1 for 1 (50/30)

50 Step up and Overs (50/30) With KB

50 KBS (50/30)

50 Push Ups (chest to deck and HRPU, switch every 5 reps)

50 Dips (any variation)

50 Wall Balls (20/14)

 

Every 25 reps, run 3 sprints on the front pavement (end of building to fence and back =1)

 

*Can be done out of order but must complete one exercise before moving onto the next
