Station 1:

As Many Calories As Possible

 

Station 2:

As Many Points As Possible

50 Squats = 10pts

50 Double Unders = 15 pts

6 Ropes Climbers  = 20 pts

20 Deadlifts (225/135) = 8 Pts

20 Full Crunches = 5 pts

 

Station 3:

As Many labs as possible (around building)

Everyone has to be running with something

70# Bag, 40#KB, 30# Slam Ball, 20# Slam Ball, 10# Vest

 

Station 4:

For Time

500 Jumping Jacks

400 Mountain Climbers (2 for 1)

300 Plank Janks

200 Squat Jumps

100 Burpees

 

10 minutes per station

teams of 5 or 6
