2 Min Russian Twists

1 Min Hanging Knees to Chest

Goal: Ā To complete as many reps as possible in the given time periodĀ 

Rest: Ā 1 minute between each exerciseĀ 

How to do this: Ā Start by doing 4 minutes of planks, then 1 minute rest, 3 minutes of crunches, 1 minute rest, 2 minutes of russian twists, 1 min rest, 1 minute of hanging knees to chest, COMPLETE!
